I was born and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia. From the age of five until high school graduation, I enjoyed being a competitive gymnast. I am grateful that the father of one of my teammates was the team’s chiropractor, making chiropractic a way of life for me since I was very little. In addition to being a full-time student, gymnastics practice also consumed 40 hours of time each week. It was chiropractic that helped me to become the best full time student and full time gymnast I could possibly be.

After high school graduation, I attended Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia to major in Biology / Human Anatomy. I knew early on that these classes would prepare me for chiropractic school. After completion of my undergraduate studies, I moved to Port Orange, FL to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic.

After graduation from Palmer College of Chiropractic in December, 2010, I was married in January, 2011 to my husband, Michael. At the time, we were stationed in Alabama, as my husband proudly serve in the Air Force. We had our first child, a daughter, Abigail, prompting me to find a passion for Pediatric Chiropractic. While in Alabama, I worked for a pediatric chiropractic practice, until we got orders to move to Minot. My growing family moved to Minot in March, 2014. Since moving here, we had added our son, Bennett to make a very happy, healthy family of four!

I have been a patient at CornerStone Chiropractic since we moved to the area, always knowing that the happiest, healthiest families are under regular chiropractic care. The timing was right for myself, as well as for CornerStone, when Dr. Matt and Dr. Staci called to ask if I was ready to get back into practice. As it turned out, the very same week, I had decided to submit my application for licensure in North Dakota, knowing that I was ready to get back to serving people through chiropractic. It was a perfect match!

I’m incredibly excited to become part of the CornerStone Chiropractic family. I’m looking forward to serving our patients with the best care care possible. I look forward to meeting you, and helping your family achieve their highest health potential through the healing science and art of chiropractic.
